CASTS

PORD Masinoproekt is offering casts from steel, gray steel and non-ferrous materials.

I.              The steel casts are molted in sand in wooden moulds with free casting, and with size of the casts till 6 tones, with ours and models by order.
In the same complex with the foundry we have laboratory for analyses of chemical and mechanical characteristics of the cast.

We have large amount of our models, with which we are covering building industry, cement industry (different types of plates, gears etc.), bricks industry, we are producing parts for Power Plants, mechanical industry, and all types of models for industrial armatures.

We are casting different types of casts, depending of the steel structure:
Steel cast for general use,
Steel cast for improvement,
Steel cast for cementation,
Wear-resistant steel cast,
And Higher Chrome Steel.

II.             Gray cast with capacity till 6 tons with qualities from SL10 – SL40

III.           Casting of non-ferrous metals in sand, and with centrifugal casting

With every made part we are issuing A-test for chemical and mechanical characteristics.
